Nick Hoover, Assistant Vice President with Venture Commercial, focuses on representing property owners as well as negotiating off-market acquisitions in the urban core. Nick is constantly talking with property owners in areas such as East Dallas, the Design District, Oak Cliff, Uptown and Downtown, keeping them informed on market news and trends, and helping them maximize the value of their real estate. Nick is a strong believer in the Golden Rule and is quick to share valuable information if he thinks it can help a buyer or landlord. Whether he’s helping landlords price, market, sell or lease their real estate, Nick keeps the best interests of the property owners in his areas as his number one priority. He combines this with his love for the city of Dallas to help sellers find buyers that will not only be able to deliver quality offers, but provide uses that will elevate the surrounding area as a whole.
Nick started his career at Rogers Healy Commercial, where he focused on land sales as well as development consulting and leasing. After that, Nick worked at Dominus Commercial, specializing in urban land sales and leasing, where he was a top 5 producer.
Nick was born and raised in Dallas, and attended the University of Oklahoma. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing basketball, camping, fishing and rooting for his favorite sports teams: the Dallas Cowboys, the Oklahoma Sooners and the Dallas Mavericks. He is a proud member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and a dog lover.

Quote: “Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan “Press On” has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.” - Calvin Coolidge
