Samara Janowski is an Assistant Vice President with Venture Commercial and is a graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she received her BBA in Real Estate. While in school, Samara’s efforts earned her the designation of Goolsby Leadership Academy Scholar. Entrepreneurship continues to be a major influence throughout her life and allows her to contribute novel ideas. As a Dallas/Fort Worth native, she is eager to see how the community will evolve during her career in commercial real estate.

Samara Janowski joined Venture Commercial in 2019 as an intern. Samara now works on tenant representation and project leasing in the Dallas/Fort Worth market and beyond, focusing on restaurant real estate. Research is at the heart of the site selection process for her clients and is the key to identifying sites for long-term success. Samara uses lifestyle segmentation mapping, which allows for a strategic approach to growth and is instrumental in determining a unique scope of work. This analysis is coupled with tracking second generation restaurant spaces and a tenacity to find off-market deals.
