Peter Madrala focuses on re-emerging urban core markets such as the Cedars, Deep Ellum, Design District, Downtown, Fair Park, Old East Dallas and Uptown. He is active in investment sales, tenant representation and leasing. Peter leverages his knowledge of the urban core to consult with clients seeking opportunities in the core. Peter’s clients include local family offices, institutional landlords and developers for whom he’s often hunting down off-market deals.

Prior to joining Venture, Peter was the Leasing and Marketing manager at Hopkins Commercial Real Estate. There he quickly learned that the best way to know a market is to spend time in it and with the people who work/live there. A native of Dallas, Peter takes pride in being a part of the change and growth occurring in Dallas’ urban core markets.
