Paul Carden, is a Vice President at Venture and active in urban land, landlord representation and consulting, working with both Venture’s Urban Core Division and leasing in urban and suburban markets. His unique combination of urban real estate knowledge, zoning expertise and community connections allows him to not just see the potential of a property, but actively change it to make deals happen.
Prior to joining Venture, Paul was a student at the University of North Texas at Dallas where he majored in Finance. In his spare time between classes, Paul worked to improve public works projects that impacted urban real estate. He was heavily involved with the $666 million-dollar Southern Gateway project, working with TxDOT and stakeholders to make substantial changes, including helping to secure over $40 million in public funding for the construction of a new park.
