In 2018, Ian began his commercial real estate career with Venture as a Transaction Manager focusing on Landlord Representation and Investment Sales. Before relocating to Dallas and starting at Venture, Ian graduated from the University of Vermont with bachelor's degrees in Economics and Political Science and worked in residential real estate in Boston.

Ian joined Victory Group in 2019 and returned to Venture in 2020 with a focus n Project Leasing and Investment Sales. During 2023, Ian moved into the role of Broker Relations Director and works closely with Mike Geisler on acquiring and leasing purchased assets. Ian also works with 3rd party clients on Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, and property sales.

Ian is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Real Estate Council, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
