Todd Griffiths is an assistant vice president at Venture Commercial specializing in tenant representation with a strong focus on restaurant sales. In addition to being a member of NTCAR, ICSC, & TRA, one of the more unique value-adds that Todd is able to bring to his clients is an unparalleled understanding of restaurant operations. Prior to transitioning to commercial real estate, he spent over 25 years in the restaurant industry, growing an in-depth understanding of restaurant management, training, and development.
Todd is passionate about working with business owners and prospective restaurateurs to conceptualize, select sites, and help guide them toward achieving their goal. Bringing his experience with over 50+ restaurant openings across the United States from casual to fine dining, he is able to provide a unique perspective on the industry and challenges his clients may face. He is also a certified sommelier and in his restaurant career he has had the opportunity to build many successful wine programs, including some of the top programs in the Seattle and DFW-markets.
Growing up on the west coast, Todd spent his formative years in the Seattle-area enjoying all that it had to offer. Many of his days then and today are spent outside skiing, biking, fishing, and hiking. He was even able to check the Pacific Coast Trail off of his list in 2001. He moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2005 in search of more experiences. He currently lives in Uptown with his wife Lisa.
