Evan provides location advice to owners and occupants of retail buildings across the US. He specializes in the sale of retail investment properties and the representation of growing retailers. Evan has helped many retailers expand their footprint, including international brands expanding into the US.

Evan grew up in retail as the 4th generation of the Weir’s Furniture family. His first job was at 14 years old working behind the candy counter at his family’s stores. He spent the first 10 years of his career in finance and investing as an equities Analyst at Merrill Lynch and in corporate finance working for the CFO a publicly traded company. Evan is a husband and father of three boys.
