Thomas joined Venture in 2024 specializing in land transactions. He has experience in site selection for retail, single family and multi-family developments. His focus is on land in emerging growth markets in North DFW, with experience in Aubrey, Pilot Point, Little Elm and Providence Village. Thomas prides himself on his friendships with his clients, most of whom have owned their land for decades and fights to make sure they get the best possible deal for the family’s land.

Before joining Venture, Thomas established and successfully managed Interactive Youth Transport, a thriving business venture that he eventually divested in 2023. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Thomas honed his skills in sales while pursuing his college education.

A driven entrepreneur and seasoned salesman with a self-starter mentality, Thomas is eager to leverage his expertise in the realm of real estate. He is deeply enthused about the organizational culture at Venture and is enthusiastic to contribute his talents to the team.

Originally from Mountain Lakes, New Jersey, Thomas has adopted a Texan identity after attending Texas Tech University. During his leisure time, you will often find him passionately supporting Texas Tech football and basketball, adorned in his cowboy boots and savoring the sounds of country music.
