Joseph is a member of the Investment Sales Team and specializes in single-tenant net leased retail assets. He has successfully sold net leased retail across six states. His advisory services cater to a diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, developers, private equity firms, and REITs.
Prior to joining Venture, Joseph began his real estate career at Marcus and Millichap. He was an analyst, underwriting hundreds of properties and contributing to market reporting and operational efficiency improvements before transitioning to an advisory role.
Joseph has a Finance Degree from Saint Louis University's Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business, where he was awarded the SIOR Midwest Commercial Real Estate Award.
Joseph is an active member of NTCAR and ICSC.
