Nick joined Venture in 2021 focusing on investment sales and tenant representation. In addition, he has experience working with cities on partnerships, redevelopment and incentives. Nick has also assisted clients on big box dispositions, project leasing and commercial land sales. Tenants include Bass Pro Shops, LA Fitness, Club Studio, The Barkly Dog Park and Social Club, DXL and Albertsons.

Current and past projects include consulting on the redevelopment of the Bryan Municipal Golf Course, the Mayfield Groves development in Grand Prairie, and creating partnerships with cities and obtaining incentives for Tenant expansion for The Barkly Dog Park and Social Club.

As part of the Investment Sales team, Nick assists in brokering several single-tenant and multi-tenant properties. Some of the most notable transactions he has been involved with include the sale of Bear Creek, an HEB anchored center in Houston, TX; Preston Royal Southwest, the 34,000sf mixed use building at the SWC of Preston Rd and Royal Ln in Dallas TX; Rosedale Plaza in Fort Worth, TX; LA Fitness in Arlington, TX; Torchy’s Tacos & Aspen Dental in Euless, TX; and Chipotle in Duncanville, TX.

Nick is a graduate of the University of Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science and was a member of the Mizzou football team.
