Bringing Nebraska Furniture Mart to North Texas has been one of the high points of Larry’s career. The Berkshire Hathaway-owned retailer purchased 433 acres in The Colony for their fourth and largest store (1.9 million square feet) as well as a major retail, restaurant and entertainment complex. Venture provided an enormous amount of research and information to the client, requiring a huge team effort to do the assemblage and entice Nebraska Furniture Mart to DFW.
With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, Larry’s work ranges from disposition of portfolios and sales of shopping centers to project leasing and tenant representation.
