Venture Commercial Real Estate announced today that it completed transactions to expand three distinct food & beverage concepts.
The Lion & Crown is expanding to Denton, Texas at Denton Square. The 9,700-square-foot English-style pub will be located at 101 West Hickory Street. Venture’s Greg Blandford represented the tenant, known for its popular Addison Circle location. Alex Payne with Axis Realty Group of Denton, Inc. represented the landlord LAD Ventures, LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed.
3 Natives Juice Bar is coming to the Village on the Parkway at 5100 Belt Line Road, Suite 830, in Addison, Texas. It’s the concept’s first location in North Texas with another juice bar planned for Plano. Venture represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction of the 1,525 square foot space. Tim Henson represented JP3N Texas Cafes, LLC, and Amanda Throckmorton and Easley B. Waggoner, JR represented the landlord 5100 Belt Line Road Investors, LLC.
Venture represented CWA Vistas, LP in the sale of 1.2832 acres to Hat Creek Burger located at the Vistas of Walnut Ridge in Mansfield, Texas. Venture’s Clay Mote and John Zikos represented the land sale at 3218 Cannon Drive (NWQ SH-360 and Broad Street). Brad Devault with Cielo Property Services, LLC represented the buyer Victory Hat Creek Mansfield 2, LP.
