Venture Commercial Real Estate announces that Edward Bogel and David Davidson, Jr. of the company’s Land Division have completed approximately $34 million in transactions totaling 200 acres across North Texas during the first quarter of 2015.
Clients represented during Q1 include Centurion American Development Group, Davis Development, Hillwood (a Perot Company), Leon Capital Group, Terre Verde Group, United Commercial Development and multiple families and trusts.

40 acres sold in Aubrey and Celina
Bogel and Davidson, Jr. represented the seller of 16 acres located at 15554 Ike Byrom Road in Aubrey. Ron Bullock of Scott Brown Commercial represented the buyer, CoServ Property Holdings, LLC. The pair also represented the Poole family in the sale of 24 acres at the northwest quadrant of Legacy Drive and Carey Road in Celina. Kathy Webster of Collin County Land Company represented the buyer, Marian Global Investments, LLC.
Centurion American sells 17 acres on Hwy 380 in Denton County
Bogel and Davidson, Jr. represented Centurion American Development Group (CADG) in the sale of 17 acres at the northeast quadrant of Highway 380 and FM 720 in Little Elm. Steve Church, also of Venture, represented the buyer, Western Rim Investment Advisors, Inc. Western Rim plans to build a 416-unit multi-family development on the property.
Leon Capital Group acquires five acres near Texas Motor Speedway
Bogel and Davidson, Jr. represented Leon Capital Group in the acquisition of five acres at the southwest corner of Interstate 35W and State Highway 114 in Fort Worth, directly across from Texas Motor Speedway. The Venture team is working to secure various retail users for the property.
Pad sale at Custer and Virginia Parkway in McKinney
Bogel and Davidson, Jr., along with Clay Mote of Venture, represented the seller of a 45,000 square foot pad site out of a 12.7-acre land parcel. The property is located at the northwest quadrant of Custer Road and Virginia Parkway in McKinney near Stonebridge Ranch Country Club. The buyer, Leon Capital Group is planning to construct a retail shopping center on the property. The Venture team is marketing the balance of the property for the seller.
Two-acre tract sold in Lewisville near Castle Hills
Bogel and Davidson, Jr., along with Ken Reimer of Venture, represented JTL Capital in the sale of a two-acre land tract on the southeast corner of State Highway 121 and Cookie Lane. The property is located north of the Castle Hills master-planned community in Lewisville. Bogel and Davidson, Jr. represented the buyer, the Potthoff family, in the transaction and will continue to work with the family to market the property.
