Northern Tool + Equipment expands Plano store

Venture Commercial Real Estate announced that Northern Tool + Equipment has signed a long-term lease expansion, adding 5,040 square feet to its 15,000 square foot store at 99 Ranch Marketplace, located at 111 West Spring Creek Parkway in Plano, Texas.

Venture’s Clay Mote is master broker for Northern Tool in all markets across the U.S. and represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Oliver Robinson of Centennial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the landlord, Spring Creek Retail, LLC.
