Venture Commercial Real Estate’s Land Division announces the completion of the following North Texas transactions that closed in the latter part of 2014:
34 acres sold along SH-121 corridor in Lewisville
JTL Capital has sold 30 acres at the southeast quadrant of SH-121 and Cookie Lane to residential developer Centurion American, who was self-represented in the transaction. In a separate transaction, JTL sold approximately four acres on the northeast corner of Parker Road and Old Denton Road to Parker Denton Crossing, LP, who was self-represented in the transaction. Ken Reimer, David Davidson, Jr., and Edward Bogel of Venture’s Land Division represented JTL Capital in both transactions.
2-acre tract sold across from new Walmart in Crossroads
Venture has completed the sale of a two-acre tract of land across from the new Walmart in Crossroads, Texas. The property is located on the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 380 and FM 424. Edward Bogel, Jack Burgher and David Davidson, Jr. of Venture represented the seller, Volunteer Enterprises IV, LLC in the transaction. Tom Paredes of The John T. Evans Company represented the buyer, Extra Property Holdings, LLC.
Two transactions completed in north Fort Worth
Lustig Land Holdings acquired a one-acre land tract on the southeast corner of North Tarrant Parkway and Park Vista Boulevard in North Fort Worth. The seller, Tarrant Vista Partners, LLC, was self-represented. In a separate transaction, Lustig sold a 2-acre tract on the southwest corner of the same intersection. The buyer, LG North Tarrant and Park Vista, LLC, was self-represented. Edward Bogel and David Davidson, Jr. of Venture Commercial’s Land Division represented Lustig Land Holdings, LLC in both transactions.
Frisco land acquired by The Victory Group
The Victory Group has acquired a .5-acre land tract at northeast corner of FM 423 and Main Street in Frisco. Edward Bogel and David Davidson Jr. of Venture’s Land Division represented The Victory Group. Randy Church and Brent Wicker of Wicker & Associates, Inc. represented the seller, First Community Bank.
Rowlett land tract sold to Advanced Auto Parts
Venture has completed the sale of a one-acre tract of land in Rowlett, located on the southeast corner of Big A Road and Rowlett Road. Edward Bogel, David Davidson, Jr. and Amy Pjetrovic of Venture Commercial represented the seller, Connor W. Patman in the transaction. Jack Weir of The Retail Connection represented the buyer, Advanced Auto Parts.
