January 9, 2015 - Riflegear, a California-based firearms retailer, is expanding into Plano, Texas in early 2015. Riflegear is planning to move their headquarters from Fountain Valley, CA to Plano by 2016.
The owners of Riflegear have leased a 15,054 square foot space in the Windhaven Park Shopping Center, located on the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Windhaven Parkway. Approximately 7000 square feet of the building will function as a retail showroom featuring tactical rifles, shotguns, handguns, parts, accessories and supplies, including a training room.
“We are looking forward to expanding Riflegear to north Dallas,” said E. Christian of Riflegear. “This strategic location with accessibility to the Tollway will enable us to expand our retail business to the DFW market’s savvy, affluent customer base.”
Amy Pjetrovic and John Rutledge of Venture Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Windhaven Park Partners, Ltd. in lease negotiations. David Cochran and John Pelletier of E Smith Realty Partners represented RifleGear.
