Sola Salon Studios expanding with two new DFW locations

Sola Salons Studios continues to expand in Dallas-Fort Worth, with two new locations opening on Lemmon Avenue in Dallas and at the Plaza at the Parks in Arlington.

Bryan Cornelius and Elizabeth Ellenwood of Venture Commercial represented Sola Salons in lease negotiations for both of the locations.

“We are pleased to continue our relationship with Sola Salon Studios to help them find strategic locations throughout Dallas-Fort Worth for their expansion,” said Cornelius, a partner at Venture. “The Dallas location on Lemmon Avenue will be convenient to customers residing in Highland Park, Uptown and Downtown Dallas, while the Plaza at the Parks will serve the rapidly growing city of Arlington.”

Sola Salon Studios has leased an 8,909-square-foot space in the Rosebriar Douglas Court shopping center, located at 4140 Lemmon Avenue, on the northeast corner of Lemmon and Douglas Avenue in Dallas. Sola Salons joins other tenants Gloria’s Latin Cuisine, Buffalo Wild Wings, WineTastic, and Monarch Dental. The studio is now open and is leasing individual spaces to salon professionals. Venture represented Sola Salons, while the landlord was self-represented.

Sola Salon Studios has also leased a 7,500-square-foot space in the Plaza at the Parks shopping center, located at 1106 West Arbrook Boulevard in Arlington, north of Interstate 20 and adjacent to The Parks at Arlington Mall.  Sola Salons will join other tenants Michael’s, Sam Moon, Sun & Ski Sports and The Shoe Depot.  The studio is now leasing individual spaces and is expected to open in December 2014. Venture represented Sola Salons, while David Lisner of Quine & Associates, Inc. represented the landlord.
