Venture Land Division completes transactions across North Texas
Venture Commercial's Land Division announces the completion of land sales in Plano, Frisco, Roanoke and McKinney on behalf of various clients. These transactions total approximately 22 acres, with more activity to be announced in the coming weeks.
Sealy and Company sells two tracts along SH 121
Venture Commercial’s Land Division has represented Sealy and Company in the sale of two 3-acre land tracts at its new development Palomino Crossing in Plano, located on the southeast corner of State Highway 121 and Spring Creek Parkway, adjacent to Berkshire Hathaway’s Nebraska Furniture Mart and the recently announced FedEx corporate headquarters.
- CST Brands has acquired three acres to build a Corner Store convenience store. Venture’s Ken Reimer, Edward Bogel, David Davidson, Jr., and Katie Vance Lingor represented Sealy and Company. The same team, along with Venture’s Amy Pjetrovic, represented CST Brands, Inc.
- Leadership Hotels has acquired three acres to build a Holiday Inn Express. Reimer, Bogel, Davidson, Jr., and Lingor represented Sealy and Company. Craig Johnson of The John T. Evans Company represented Leadership Hotels, Inc.
The Venture team has 2.5 acres left for ground lease at the eastern entrance to Nebraska Furniture Mart.
Victory Group sells Frisco pad to RaceTrac
The Victory Group has sold a 1.8-acre pad site located on the northwest corner of Legacy Drive and Warren Parkway in the Victory at Stonebriar development in Frisco. The buyer, Gingercrest, Inc. will develop the site for a RaceTrac gas station and convenience store. Edward Bogel, Jonathan Cooper and David Davidson, Jr. represented Victory Group in the sale.
The Victory at Stonebriar property sits adjacent to Baylor Hospital Frisco and the Dallas Cowboys’ future training facility. In early 2014, the Venture team sold two pads south of the RaceTrac site to Black Walnut Café and Stephens Dry Cleaners, and they are currently marketing two remaining pads fronting Legacy Drive north of RaceTrac.
Roanoke Gateway sells pad to Denny's
Venture Commercial’s Land Division has represented developer MQ Development Partners in the sale of a one-acre pad site at the Roanoke Gateway development, located on the northwest corner of State Highway 170 and State Highway 114 in Roanoke. Roanoke Gateway is currently under development and will be anchored by a 14-screen Cinemark multiplex that is expected to open in Spring 2015.
Venture’s Ken Reimer, Edward Bogel, David Davidson, Jr. and Katie Vance Lingor represented MQ Development. Chris Burks of The John T. Evans Company represented the buyer, Kaisen Real Estate, Inc., who will develop the site for a Denny’s Restaurant.
12.5 acres in McKinney sold to M380 Land Investors
Venture’s Land Division has completed the sale of a 12.5-acre land tract located at the northwest corner of U.S. Highway 380 and Stonebridge Drive in McKinney. Ken Reimer, Edward Bogel, David Davidson, Jr. and Katie Vance Lingor represented the seller, a family trust. John C. Harris of John Harris Real Estate Co. represented the buyer, M380 Land Investors, LLC.
