Venture brings Studio Movie Grill to Town Center Colleyville

Dallas - June 12, 2014 – Venture Commercial brokered the lease sale and assignment of a 51,935 square-foot building that has brought a new Studio Movie Grill to the Town Center of Colleyville. 

Venture’s John Zikos and Chris Booras represented American National Bank Special Assets, LLC in the sale and assignment of two leases on the building to Studio Movie Grill Holdings, LLC. Larry Leon and Ross McCook, also of Venture, assisted in the transaction. 

After the completion of extensive renovations to the former Colleyville Cinema, the new Studio Movie Grill opened in late May. 

Town Center Colleyville is an approximately 258,000 square-foot, grocery-anchored lifestyle center located on the southeast corner of Highway 26 and Hall Johnson Road in Tarrant County. Venture Commercial handles leasing and property management for the new owners, an investment partnership formed by Velocis Partners. Venture’s Easley Waggoner Jr. and Amy Pjetrovic are leasing agents.
