Venture reps Cypress Waters and Creekwalk Village deals

Land tract sold for Montessori School of Cypress Waters; Plano Urgent Care leases at Creekwalk Village

 

June 3, 2014 – Venture team members Clay Mote, Charlotte Cooper and Tonya Hagood have completed the following deals for Billingsley's Cypress Waters in Irving and Creekwalk Village in Plano.

 

The Montessori School of Cypress Waters has purchased a 2-acre tract of land at 2700 Ranch Trail in Irving. The school will be located in Cypress Waters, a 1,000-acre office, waterfront retail and multi-family community under development at the northeast quadrant of I-635 LBJ Freeway and Belt Line Road. Clay Mote and Charlotte Cooper of Venture Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Billingsley Company. The buyer was self-represented.

 

Cowboy Urgent Care Centers, LLC, has signed a lease to open a Plano Urgent Care center in a 5,000 square foot space in the Creekwalk Village shopping center, located at 901 W. 15th Street in Plano. Debi Carter of Hudson Peters Commercial represented the tenant. Clay Mote and Tonya Hagood of Venture Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, California-based Passco Companies, LLC.

 

Creekwalk Village is a 184,820 square-foot power center with a broad mix of shops, services, and big box retailers including DSW Shoes, Barnes & Noble and Old Navy.  The center is nearly 100% leased.
