Venture Commercial announces senior-level hires and promotions

Venture Commercial announces several personnel moves, including the addition of Steve Church and Michael Wilson to the team, and promotions for Elizabeth Ellenwood and Michael Dearden.

Steve Church has joined Venture as a Senior Vice President.  He has more than 30 years of experience in multifamily brokerage and acquisitions, student housing and land brokerage. His focus at Venture will be multifamily and mixed-use land sales. Prior to joining Venture, Church was with Tailwind Realty Capital.

Michael A. Wilson has joined Venture as an Assistant Vice President. He brings more than 30 years of experience across retailing and real estate, from selling retail store fixtures to representing retail tenants and landlords. At Venture his tenant rep business has grown to include medical real estate work for clients including Carter BloodCare and Dental Republic. Prior to joining Venture, he was with Triumph Commercial Real Estate. 

Elizabeth Ellenwood has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Ellenwood works with landlord and tenants alike with a focus on urban markets.  Her tenant rep clients include Sprouts Farmers Market, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Sola Salon Studios and Beyond Pilates. 

Michael Dearden has been promoted to Vice President. Since joining Venture in 2006, Dearden has devoted much of his time to working with landlords and tenants in the Tarrant County area and developed an expertise in that market.
