Venture Commercial congratulates Edward Bogel for making the Dallas Business Journal’s annual list of 40 Under 40 business professionals. The annual award recognizes young North Texans who excel in their respective companies and industries and show dynamic leadership in their communities.
At 27 years of age, Edward is one of the youngest honorees on the 2014 list. He is also one of only three honorees representing the Commercial Real Estate industry.
“We are proud of Edward’s accomplishments and congratulate him on this distinguished award,” said Mike Geisler, a founding partner at Venture. “Edward has tremendous character and wisdom for a man of his age. He is a serious, hard-working young man whose organizational skills and attention to detail have helped bring in new business to our company, and we believe he has a bright future ahead of him.”
Edward joined Venture in 2011 as a member of the company’s Land Division, working alongside Ken Reimer and David Davidson, Jr., with a focus on land sales and acquisitions. Edward and the team are currently handling 100+ land listings throughout North Texas, assisting landowners in the marketing, planning and execution of user transactions, maximizing the asset's value along the way.
Among the 125+ transactions Edward has completed during his career, a highlight from 2013 was adding Sewell Automotive Companies to Venture’s client list, assisting the company with an acquisition of seven acres along the Lemmon Avenue automotive corridor. He also represented Michigan-based Pulte Group in an assemblage of 42 acres in Little Elm for a community of single-family homes.
Edward and the other honorees will be profiled in the May 30 issue of the Dallas Business Journal.
