Venture Commercial has completed the following retail leases for landlord and tenant clients across North Texas.
Party City’s signs three new leases in Grand Prairie, Cedar Hill and Lake Worth
Party City Corporation has signed three new leases to open stores in Grand Prairie, Cedar Hill and Lake Worth. Larry Leon, Jonathan Cooper and Ross McCook of Venture represented Party City in all of the leases. The 12,420 square foot Grand Prairie store is in the Lake Prairie Town Crossing Shopping Center, located at 5248 S. State Highway 360. Chris Corbin and Easley Waggoner of Venture Commercial represented the landlord, Kimco Realty Corporation. The 14,184 square foot Cedar Hill store is located in the Pleasant Run Towne Crossing Shopping Center, located at the southwest corner of U.S. Higway 67 and Pleasant Run Road. Jack Weir of The Retail Connection represented the landlord. The 13,721 square foot Lake Worth store is located in the Lake Worth Towne Crossing Shopping Center, located at 6548 Lake Worth Boulevard. 99 Cents Only Stores Texas, Inc. has leased an 18,728 square foot space in the Fairmeadows Shopping Center located at 401 E. Camp Wisdom Road, just south of Interstate 20 in Duncanville. Pier 1 Imports coming to Shops at Vista Ridge in Lewisville
Fort Worth-based Pier 1 Imports has signed a lease to open a 12,000 square foot space at the Shops at Vista Ridge, located at 500 East FM 3040 in Lewisville. Larry Leon, Susan Ridley and Ross McCook of Venture Commercial represented Pier 1 Imports. John Carter of Kimco Realty represented the landlord. Sleep Experts opens two stores at Medallion Center and Frisco Bridges
Bryan Cornelius and Dave Carter of Venture Commercial represented Sleep Experts in lease negotiations to open two new stores in Dallas and Frisco. The Dallas store opened December 20 in a 5,544 square foot space in the Target-anchored Medallion Center, located at 6464 E. Northwest Highway between Skillman Street and Abrams Road. Mike Geisler and Christopher Gibbons, also of Venture, represented the landlord. The Frisco store opened on November 29 in a 4,993 square foot space at Frisco Bridges located at 8210 South State Highway 121.
