Preston Creek Shopping Center welcomes new tenants, new listing agents

Preston Creek Shopping Center announces a string of new leases that will bring unique retail and restaurant concepts to the center located at the southeast quadrant of Preston Road and Highway 121 in Plano. Preston Creek also announced it has hired Venture Commercial Real Estate's Amy Pjetrovic and John Rutledge as new listing agents.
"We are looking forward to working with the Venture team to tap into their expertise in landlord and tenant representation, so that we can make Preston Creek a leading shopping and restaurant destination in Plano," said James Hankins of ASG Real Estate Co. who represents the landlord.
Pjetrovic and Rutledge represented Preston Creek in lease negotiations with Marketplace Boutiques, an upscale boutique store scheduled to open on March 1, 2014 in an 8,289-square-foot space at 8300 Preston Road, Suite 150, near Cowboy Chicken and Cristina's Fine Mexican Restaurants. Cliff Bogart of the Vanguard Commercial Group and Todd Wakefield of Keller Williams represented the tenant.
Cristina's Fine Mexican Restaurants has relocated from Frisco and opened in a 3,941 square foot space at 8300 Preston Road, in the same building as Marketplace Boutiques. Paul Vernon of John T Evans Co. represented the tenant.
Christy's Draperies has leased 2,325 square feet, also at 8300 Preston Road. Al Paniagua of Swearingen Realty Group, LLC represented the tenant.
Uno Due Go, the new fast casual restaurant concept from the Uno Chicago Grill pizzeria company, has leased 4,500 square feet in the building located at 8400 Preston Road. Bryan Cornelius and Charlotte Cooper of Venture Commercial represented the tenant.
