Venture Commercial hires four senior-level executives

Venture Commercial Real Estate has added four senior-level executives to the firm’s retail brokerage team. The new hires are Kevie Beard, McGregor Converse, Tim Henson and Don C. Miller.
Kevie Beard joins the team as a Senior Vice President. Beard has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management and leasing, site selection, strategic market planning and real estate brokerage. He has represented numerous national and regional retailers in their expansion and/or entry into the DFW and Texas market. Prior to joining Venture, Beard was Vice President of City Venture Group, Inc.
McGregor Converse joins Venture as a Senior Vice President. During his 30 years in commercial real estate, Converse has managed leasing teams; developed shopping centers; specialized in land acquisitions and land sales; and provided tenant representation for local and national retail clients. Prior to joining Venture, Converse was President of City Venture Group, Inc.
Tim Henson, who joins Venture as a Senior Vice President, has spent more than 25 years in the commercial real estate market, servicing both landlords and tenants with multiple product types including power centers, malls, urban retail, factory outlets and lifestyle centers. Prior to joining Venture, Tim was vice president and officer at Commercial Properties Realty Trust (CPRT).
Don C. Miller has returned to Venture as a Senior Vice President. Throughout Miller’s 10 years in the commercial real estate market, he has leased retail portfolios in excess of 950,000 square feet for several local and institutional owners and represented numerous national and local retailers in their expansion and/or entry into the DFW market. Prior to his return to Venture, Miller was a Principal at CNL Commercial Real Estate’s Dallas office.
