Northern Tool + Equipment enters St. Louis market

Venture Commercial has assisted Northern Tool + Equipment in securing two locations in St. Peters and Arnold, Missouri, marking the retailer's debut in the St. Louis-area market.
Clay Mote of Dallas-based Venture Commercial is master broker for Northern Tool and represented the retailer in the negotiation of the two 10-year leases, working with St. Louis-based X Team partner Tom Egan of Wm. Boudoures Company.
The 15,061-square-foot St. Peters store opened February 28 at 4055 Veterans Memorial Parkway in the Cave Springs shopping center, joining Office Depot, Hobby Lobby and Sports Authority. Mike Swearingin of Pace Properties represented the landlord.
The 15,631-square-foot Arnold store will open mid-March at 233 Arnold Crossroads Center, near the intersection of Interstate 55 and Highway 141, where it will join tenants Starbucks, 24 Hour Fitness, Wendy’s McDonalds, and China King. Egan represented the landlord.
