Venture announces sale of former Brookshire’s to Avenue Church in Ennis

Venture’s Tim Henson and Ben Hines represented Brookshire Grocery Company in the sale of the 37,000 square-foot building located at 2300 West Ennis Avenue.

Renovations to the building are currently underway with services expected to begin in the new location this fall.
