Venture announces sale to Wendy’s in Little Elm

Venture represented Heritage Partners Group in the purchase of 26,390 square feet of land for a Wendy’s restaurant located at 26747 E. University Drive in Little Elm, Texas. Venture’s R. McGregor Converse represented the new owner. Jack Dawson with SRS Real Estate Partners - Southwest, LLC, represented the seller.
