In Monroe, Louisiana, a 30,000 square-foot lease located in the Twin City Shopping Center at 2279 Louisville Avenue. The landlord was represented by Mark Ouchley.
A 32,000 square-foot lease In Pineville, Louisiana, located in The Pines Shopping Center at 2985 Cottingham Expressway. Wilson Mayfield with Brixmor Property Group represented the landlord.
In Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a 30,000 square-foot lease located in Perkins South Shopping Center at 1919 Staring Lane. Donnie Jarreau with Donnie Jarreau Real Estate, Inc. represented the landlord.
A 29,000 square-foot lease In Denham Springs, Louisiana, located in the Livingston Square Shopping Center at 646-730 South Range Avenue. The landlord was represented by Mike Rayburn with Stirling Properties.
