Venture Investment Sales completes sale of Capital Bank portfolio in South Carolina

Dallas-based Venture Commercial Real Estate’s Investment Sales team has completed the sale of a portfolio of five Capital Bank properties located in South Carolina communities in the Greenville-Spartanburg area and Mt. Pleasant. The combined properties total 43,113 square feet of space on more than 6.5 acres of land.

John Zikos, Jonathan Cooper and Don Miller with Venture Investment Sales represented the seller, First National Holdings, LLC in the transactions. Luke Denny with Fischer & Company represented the buyer, First Tennessee Bank National Association.

“We marketed these properties to a national pool of buyers, which ultimately allowed us to sell the real estate to the acquiring bank for maximum value,” said Zikos, a principal at Venture.

The properties in the portfolio include:
• a 29,580-SF building at 215 North Pine Street in Spartanburg;
• a 5,758-SF building at 3401 Pelham Road in Greenville;
• a 3,100-SF building at 713 West Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greer; 
• a 2,962-SF building at 3090 Boiling Springs Rd. in Boiling Springs; and
• a 1,713-SF building at 651 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard in Mt. Pleasant.
