The Catch in Arlington opened in November in a 3,000 square-foot building at 5809 West Interstate 20. Dunn and Hernandez represented The Catch in lease negotiations, while Ryan Tinch with Hollis Bloom represented the landlord, Audelia Group Partnership, Ltd.

The Catch in Fort Worth opened in June in a 2,500 square-foot space in the Parkwood Plaza retail center at 5636 N. Tarrant Parkway. Dunn and Hernandez represented The Catch in lease negotiations, and Suzan Cooper with Gambit Realty Investments represented the landlord, MQ Lakewood Two, LLC.
