Bo Brownlee, Principal

Bo has been transacting in commercial real estate since 1995. He has been the general partner or co-general partner on all acquisitions since 2002. In 2014, Bo partnered with the principals of Venture and Easley B. Waggoner, Jr. to form Venture Investment Partners, LLC.

Primarily, Bo focuses on locating and underwriting all new acquisitions: seeking out and structure debt and equity. He provides oversight on all leasing, property management, assets and asset management responsibilities for each property purchase, and ultimately, timing assets disposition to maximize value and returns for the partnership.

Easley B. Waggoner, Jr., Principal

Easley is a Principal with VIP and Partner with Venture. Easley specializes in landlord representation. He has been dedicated since 1994 to create value for clients. He identifies and brings a mix of boutique and national retailers to a project that has earned him a stellar reputation.

Easley's sense of creativity enables him to visualize a property's greatest potential, and provide the best advise to clients regarding property enhancements and improvements. He constantly strives to provide excellent service and achieve maximum results.

Josh Devin, Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions

Josh is a Vice President with VIP and has been with the company since 2015. Josh participates in all aspects of targeting and underwriting new acquisitions and the structuring and placement of debt and equity. Josh performs ongoing asset management duties, including leasing strategy, debt and equity reporting, disposition analysis, and execution.
