Venture Commercial’s Investment Sales Team Closes Two Deals in Texas

Venture’s John Zikos, Jonathan Cooper, Don Miller and Lawrence Wilson teamed up to represent clients in the transactions:

• The Phillips Edison Group, LLC purchased a 97,761 square-foot building at Cinco Ranch at Market Center located at 23720 Westheimer Parkway in Katy, Texas. Venture represented the buyer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
• Venture represented Abiso Helotes, LP in the sale of a Kentucky Fried Chicken at 12474 Bandera Road in Helotes, Texas. The Pruitt Team, LLC purchased the 2,500 square-foot building and .86 acres of land. Joe Caccamo with Capital Pacific Partners represented the buyer. The financial terms were not disclosed.
