Venture Commercial Real Estate’s Investment Sales team has completed the sale of a 4,600 square-foot multi-tenant retail center located in Lewisville, adjacent to the 400+ acre Grandscape development owned by Berkshire Hathaway and anchored by Nebraska Furniture Mart.

Located at 5020 State Highway 121, the building’s tenants are Potbelly Sandwich Shop and Burning Rice, a fast-casual Korean BBQ concept.

John Zikos, Jonathan Cooper and Don Miller of Venture’s Investment Sales team represented the seller, NDC Holdings. The buyer, Mutyala Properties, LLC was represented by Meena Mutyala with Ilan Investments, LLC.

“Having partnered with the Venture team for more than 10 years now, I am pleased with their level of knowledge of the DFW retail market,” said Dave Carter, owner of NDC Holdings. “We have closed several transactions, consistently resulting in positive returns for NDC Holdings.”
