Gibbons, Director of Project Leasing at Venture, who currently oversees more than 2.75 million square feet of lease space in Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco and Brownsville. Chris’s focus and drive has earned him a reputation for achieving outstanding results in respect to anchor disposition and redevelopment. Among his long list of successes are the redevelopments at Vista Ridge Market Place, Lincoln Court and Altamesa Plaza. One of his current projects is handling disposition of Northeast Texas Albertsons stores.
Before joining Venture, Chris was a Leasing Executive at Weingarten Realty Investments and an Assistant Vice President at The Weitzman Group. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, St. Monica’s Catholic Church and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Dallas.
