Partner Mike Geisler co-founded Venture Commercial Real Estate in 2000. His goal: Create a customer-centric, values-driven brokerage firm held in high regard by the community as a whole. At Venture Commercial, now one of Texas’ leading retail brokerage services firms, Geisler draws on more than 25 years experience as one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s top real estate brokers and more than 15 years spent leasing specialty and lifestyle centers, including The Plaza at Preston Center, Mockingbird Station and LakeSide Market. His work ethic, expertise, strong industry reputation and ethics-driven approach to retail brokerage services have earned respect and praise from clients – as well as superior returns.

“Our vision was to establish long-term relationships with a select number of clients to whom we will provide the most ethical, knowledgeable, diligent real estate services possible,” Geisler explains. “We mentor our brokers to focus on customer satisfaction as opposed to production.”

Geisler began his career at Henry S. Miller/Grubb & Ellis. There, he was consistently named one of the company’s top brokers and was promoted to Vice President. He joined The Weitzman Group in 1990 as a Senior Vice President and supervisor and was honored multiple times as a Top 10 Producer. Geisler is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, North Texas Land Council, Hearts and Hammers and Big Brothers of Dallas. He has served as a member of the Jesuit College Preparatory School Alumni Board for more than a decade and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Geisler earned a B.B.A. at Southern Methodist University.
