Bob Moore, Senior Vice President, has been an essential part of the real estate development, tenant representation and disposition plans of retailers and landlords for over two decades. Prior to joining Venture Commercial in 2009, Bob worked with prominent commercial real estate firms in the Dallas area including The Henry S. Miller Co., The Christon Company and The Woodmont Company.

In addition to handling tenant representation for Wendy’s, Yard Art, Strike Holdings, Taco Bell and local favorite Froggies, Bob assisted in creating the expansion programs for big box users Toys R Us and Standard Brands Paint Company in the DFW area, Austin, San Antonio and Houston, Texas. He also established and supervised a network of 16 outsourced brokers in 17 states to dispose of 68 surplus Toys R Us properties in various markets throughout the United States. The team generated approximately $55 million in sales and leasing revenue for the client. Bob is the guy retailers turn to when they are ready to open new doors.

On the development side, Bob has been involved in various “ground up” retail developments, the most current being Mansfield Town Center, a 500,000 square foot retail power center in Mansfield, Texas, anchored by Best Buy, Michaels, Marshalls/HomeGoods, Petco and CineMark. He was the senior leasing broker and was responsible for the market analysis, site plan origination and tenant acquisition. “My many years of experience, persistence and being results-orientated helped to make these projects successful,” says Bob.
