Whether is it the attention to detail or getting the best deal for his client, tenants and owners alike call David because he has developed a sense of where the transaction should be in order to make it a great situation for everyone. With experience of restaurant, retail and land contracts, as well as a passion for the furniture business, David becomes involved in each transaction so his clients are able to get the best value out of the deal.

David is a CCIM designee, a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors®, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of The Network magazine Advisory Board, and he sits on the board of the North Texas Chapter of CCIM. He earned a degree from The University of Texas at Austin and enjoys playing a lot of poker.
