With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, specializing in project leasing and development, Chris Corbin joined Venture Commercial as a Vice President in May of 2009. With a positive attitude, team approach, and experience working with a wide range of clients, Chris’ success lies in his ability to develop marketing strategies and realistic expectations that maximize asset value.
Prior to joining Venture, Chris was with Phillips Edison & Co. in Salt Lake City, UT, where he was responsible for redevelopment and leasing of shopping centers. Chris’ experience also landed him at Sedberry & Associates in Albuquerque, NM, a Chain Links partner, and small-electronics giant, RadioShack Corporation. Chris is licensed in Texas and New Mexico and has successfully assisted landlords and developers such as DeBartolo Development, Kimco Realty Corporation, US Industries, KMO Development, Portland Investments, First National Development, Midtown Niki Development Group, The Walsh Company, and P.O’B Montgomery & Company.
Chris is an active member of ICSC and NTCAR, and he received his Bachelors in Broadcast Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington.
