Senior Vice President Tonya Hagood proudly states that project leasing and tenant representation have both been an exciting part of her life for 30 years. She has always believed in the importance of functioning as a team with her clients, treating their goals and objectives as though they were her own. Tonya’s long-term business relationships have been based on trust and exceeding the client’s expectations with passion and a caring attitude.

Prior to joining Venture, Tonya served for 13 years as Senior Vice President for the Christon Company, a real estate brokerage and development company. While there she specialized in retail project leasing of new developments and existing projects. She also held the position of Senior Vice President at Leon & Associates, specializing in national tenant representation. She began her real estate career with a strong sales background as an advanced marketing representative with IBM.

Tonya is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors and Watermark Community Church of Dallas. She received her BS and MBA from the University of Missouri.
