Whether talking with one of her tenant rep clients or working directly for the landlord, Elizabeth Ellenwood is looking to blend her talents and resources to close the best deal for her client. She draws on her unique ability to closely listen to their needs and direction and combines that with her knowledge of the market as well as the resources of one of the top brokerage firms in the DFW market. Her warm, engaging demeanor and commitment to service make her very accessible to her clients which allows for the best results.

Prior to joining Venture Commercial in the summer of 2007, Elizabeth interned with GRACO Real Estate Development in Lubbock, Texas. Her early internship experience prepared her for the intense training program at Venture where she developed a keen understanding of the real estate market, both from the landlord’s and the tenant’s perspective.

Elizabeth graduated from Texas Tech University Honors College earning a BBA in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate. A Dallas Kappa alumni, Elizabeth has been involved in Peer Assistance Leadership, a mentorship program for underprivileged children, helped organize the Kappa Klassic Golf Tournament for Children’s Miracle Network in 2006 and recently worked with Hearts & Hammers in Dallas. Her academic merits and philanthropic endeavors earned her a spot on the Official Olympic Torch run for the 2002 Salt Lake City Games, both a great honor and a cherished memory for Liz.
