Director of Client Relations Theo Thompson looks at every transaction through the eyes of his client, as if he owned the business or property. Doing so enables him to serve his clients with a mentality that goes beyond seeing them as just another transaction. His specialty is in managing relationships, a talent that teams him up well with Venture Partner and Founder Mike Geisler to give each client the extra attention and effort that results in the best outcome attainable.

Theo is currently a member of CCIM. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo; and he is chairman of the Vic Thompson Memorial Trust. Prior to joining Venture, Theo worked at The Weitzman Group. He earned a Bachelor of Science at the University of Texas at Austin, where he lettered in track and field in addition to cross-country.
