Scott Espensen, Leasing Agent, joined Venture Commercial Real Estate in 2005. Espensen leases Venture’s third party properties, assists in project leasing and tenant representation. He currently is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior to joining Venture, Espensen was at Texas Christian University where he earned a B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management. He is currently a candidate for CCIM membership.
