Maintaining his focus on the Dallas urban core real estate market, Grant leverages long-standing relationships and his past experience of working at top tier shops such as the global Fortune 500 brokerage firm CBRE and close competitor Newmark Knight Frank, known today as DTZ, to drive full-service value for his clients. In 2017, Grant's relentless focus and tenacity on the Dallas urban core earned him the Dallas top earner recognition award by winning DMagazine's "Power Broker Award.”
