Cherise Fleming joined Venture Commercial in 2015, working directly with Mike Geisler on his many properties across DFW metroplex. Her primary focus is the new development in Oak Lawn and Bishop Arts. Cherise works closely with Michael Nazerian of Exxir Capital, the developer of this new extension of Bishop Arts. She also works on high profile retail corridors such as Deep Ellum, The Plaza at Preston Center and her listings on Inwood & Lemmon, Lovers Lane, Sherry Lane and Northwest Highway.
Prior to Venture, Cherise was a part of The Weitzman Group team, where she got a taste of commercial real estate and received her salespersons’ license. Cherise graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a business degree focusing on marketing. Her passion for fashion and retail is what makes her successful.
Cherise is an active member of International Council Shopping Centers and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. In her spare time she loves shopping at specialty boutiques, taking fun vacations and being with her family.
