Albert Hernandez, Vice President, has spent 15 years in commercial brokerage specializing in restaurants, retail and investment sales. His experience in re-tenanting non-traditional spaces and, recently, restaurant concept development, has helped him to devise and envision effective real estate strategies for his clients. “My entrepreneurial approach to real estate is rooted in developing a deep understanding of my client’s needs. I’m here to help devise a real estate strategy that relates directly to the customer’s growth,” noted Albert.
Having spent the past seven years working in-house in operations, executive management and development for multi-unit concept restaurant companies Consilient Restaurants and Firebird Restaurant Group, Albert was responsible for managing and training a staff of 100+ members among three restaurants. While working on site selection and expansion strategies for the concepts, he also played significant roles in all aspects of the restaurants’ pre-development conceptualization, construction and opening phases.
In addition to all his restaurant experience, Albert was previously the owner of HCV Commercial, LLC, a boutique firm specializing in restaurant and retail acquisitions, dispositions and exchanges of commercial real estate. His time at the helm of his own company, coupled with years of local real estate experience working with such firms as Realty Capital Partners and Marcus & Millichap, has made him keenly aware of the challenges that face his clients on a daily basis and gives him a unique insight regarding how to best serve them.
