Two subleases fill 57,830 SF former Albertsons box in south Austin

Altitude Trampoline Park and Gateway Church join Westgate center

Austin - September 16, 2015 - John Zikos, Christopher M. Gibbons and Cheryl Hill of Dallas-based Venture Commercial Real Estate have represented Albertsons, LLC in negotiations to sublease 57,830 square feet of anchor space at the northwest corner of William Cannon Drive and West Gate Boulevard in south Austin.
