Venture completes sale of retail building in Florida

Clay Mote of Dallas-based Venture Commercial Real Estate represented DRW Partnership, LLLP in the sale of a 23,104 square foot retail building located at 14571 N. Cleveland Ave. in North Fort Myers, Florida. The buyer, Realty Income Properties 6, LLC, was self-represented.

Northern Tool + Equipment is the tenant and will continue to operate a store at this location. Financial terms were not disclosed.
